We manufacture & export High Quality Indian Fashion Jewellery to more than 35 countries across the world, since the last 17 years.We are looking for Experienced Candidates for the post of Customer Relationship Managers at our Head Office in Asansol.Eligibility Criteria : The candidate with good academic background and have good communication skills. Must have fluency in English Language. The candidate should be comfortable to deal with customers over the phone as well as through video conferencing. Job Profile: Taking outbound and inbound calls for international and domestic customers. Providing customer support ( dealing with queries, providing assistance in placing and processing orders etc) Capable of handling the customer database.Expectations :Candidates can expect frequent quarterly appraisals depending upon their performance. Great prospect of developing yourself in a corporate field.
