Job Responsibilities:Counsel students and working professionals regarding courses and career opportunities.Handle inbound and outbound calls related to course inquiries.Understand student requirements and recommend suitable programs.Follow up with prospective students through calls, WhatsApp, and emails.Explain course details, fee structure, and admission process clearly.Maintain daily lead records and update CRM regularly.Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.Coordinate with the admissions and support team for smooth onboarding.Build strong relationships with students and provide excellent counselling support.Required Skills:Good communication and convincing skills.Basic knowledge of sales and counselling process.Comfortable with calling and lead handling.Positive attitude and target-oriented approach.Basic computer knowledge and CRM handling.Qualification:Graduate in any stream.Freshers and experienced both can apply.
