Onsite Project Delivery Engineer at Imtac India, responsible for Onsite as well as internal communications (written/verbal - Hindi, English Fluent), who shall be ready on taking ownership of concerns if any reported by the customer and seeing satisfactory resolution towards them. Diagnosing, troubleshooting, Coordinating and identifying solutions to resolve portal issues in stipulated and committed time frame.Following standard procedures for proper documentation and escalation of issues to the internal project teams.The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the Project Manager to ensure the participation of cross-functional stakeholders in furthering project goals. With organization and prioritization skills, this candidate will organize the necessary pieces to ensure project success, responsible for business communications, taking ownership of customer issues reported and seeing problems through to resolution. Researching, diagnosing, troubleshooting, and identifying solutions to resolve system issues. Following standard procedures for proper documentation and escalation of issues to the internal project teams.To engage all key stakeholders throughout the process and ensure all the stakeholders agree on the project's deliverables.Managing communications and deliverables from all stakeholders for project.
