We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Cashier to manage all transactions with customers accurately and efficiently. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth billing operations, maintain cash and digital payment records, and provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.Key Responsibilities:Handle billing using POS (Point of Sale) systems or manual registersProcess cash, credit/debit card, UPI, and wallet payments (Paytm, PhonePe, GPay, etc.)Issue receipts, refunds, or change as necessaryMaintain accurate records of daily transactions and prepare closing reportsAssist customers with queries regarding billing or pricingCoordinate with service/kitchen teams to ensure accurate billing in F&BFollow company cash handling and audit proceduresEnsure cleanliness and organization of the cashier counterReport discrepancies or technical issues to the supervisor promptly

Greet customers and answer their questions about menu items and specialsTake food or drink orders from customersRelay customers orders to other kitchen staffPrepare food and drink orders, such as sandwiches, salads, and coffeeAccept payments and balance receiptsServe food and drinks to customers at a counter, at a stand, or in a hotel roomClean assigned work areas, dining tables, or serving countersReplenish and stock service stations, cabinets, and tablesSet tables or prepare food trays for new customers
