expanding operations in TRICHY and other part of India as well. For expansion, we require 15 Business Managers (BDM).
So we select our new joiners as Management Associate and train and develop them holistically in all functional areas of Management Viz. Marketing, HR, Finance and Operations over a period of 6-8 months as per the following Global Training Module (GTM):
Management Associate => Corporate Trainer => Team Leader => Assistant Branch Head => Business Head.

Key Responsibilities:
- Involves leading a team of 20-30 candidates working in various functions of management.
-Understanding Business Finances and Operations
-Responsible for networking with major Industry players, identifying the corporate clients
-Building a good relationship with the decision Makers and getting business for the organization.
-Team Building and mentoring
-To work with the wider Business Development team to improve customer Acquistion.
