As an Export Executive based in Chennai, your primary focus will be managing the export activities of the company. You will be involved in various tasks to ensure smooth and efficient operations in international trade.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Coordinate Export Activities:** Manage all stages of export processes, ensuring timely shipment of goods to international clients.- **Documentation:** Prepare and review essential export documents such as invoices, packing lists, and certificates of origin to comply with trade regulations.- **Liaise with Customs and Authorities:** Work closely with customs officials and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with export laws, minimizing delays in shipments.- **Client Communication:** Maintain regular communication with clients regarding shipment status, handling inquiries, and addressing any issues that may arise.- **Logistics Coordination:** Collaborate with freight forwarders and shipping companies to arrange transportation and track shipments until they reach their destinations.- **Market Research:** Monitor market trends and assess potential opportunities for expanding export operations.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should have a professional degree and 1 to 7 years of experience in a similar role.
