Position: Associate TrainersIllumine is looking for Facilitators / Trainers who are inspired by the vision of bringing about change in society and Nation at large and would like to become a part of such a nation-wide network.Your role: As a Facilitator, you are at the forefront of these change programs, where your role is not just one of training people, but it is one of awakening people to their own inherent potential and helping them find their own answers. Training and developing the Master Trainers in the client organizations. You might be required to travel to some specific locations and conduct the program as per a defined schedule. Desired Profile:The right person for this role: has desire to help others / bring about change. has minimum 3 years experience in teaching / training / coaching adults [this could be in areas of leadership skills, communication skills, project management, behavioural change etc. but not trade based or vocation-based training] possesses good communication skills ability to present ideas, give instructions etc. is fluent in English or Hindi plus one or two regional languages. should be able to use online learning platform to conduct the program (basic ability to use computers)About the Project: In the current initiative, we are looking to build citizen centric thinking in 4.5 lakh employees in one of the largest Government service departments.
