Job Summary:We are seeking an experienced Marketplace Manager (B2B & B2C) to manage and grow our presence across online marketplaces including India MART and e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, Flipkart, etc. The role also involves overseeing the companys social media platforms to enhance brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation. The candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth through digital channels.Key Responsibilities: Manage and optimize B2B marketplace platforms such as India MART. Handle B2C marketplaces including Amazon, Flipkart, and other e-commerce portals. Manage product listings, pricing, catalog updates, and inventory coordination. Handle inquiries, generate leads, and convert them into sales. Oversee and manage company social media accounts to increase brand awareness and engagement. Analyze competitor activities and market trends.Requirements: Proven experience in managing online marketplaces and social media platforms. Good communication and negotiation skills. Target-oriented and self-motivated. Ability to analyze data and generate performance reports. 23 years of experience in e-commerce and sales.
