Research Associates for consulting, custom leadership development interventions and research / case development assignments. PG (MBA or equivalent) qualification with HRM as major/minor with understanding of different HRM systems, analytical ability, research or consulting interest and report drafting skills are required. Knowledge of MS Word, including Excel is necessary. The appointment will be on contract, starting with 6 months to 12 months. Its extendable based on performance and career interests.Should be willing to travel extensively and work under pressure in multiple projects and based in Ahmedabad.
