This is the Homm care job and homecare nurse are expected to assist patient's daily activites, patient's vital signs. Also need to help is patient's diagnostic test, handle critical care such as TRACHEOSTOMY, SUCTIONING, RT FEEDING, IV & IM injection. Also monitor patient health and provide basic bedside care and adminstering & maintain record of all prescribed medications, checking for infection & bedsore.
