- Conduct one-on-one counselling sessions with students: You will be responsible for meeting with students individually to discuss their academic goals, challenges, and progress.- Provide guidance on course selection and academic planning: You will help students choose the right courses based on their interests, strengths, and career objectives.- Assist students in setting academic goals and developing study plans: You will work with students to establish realistic goals and create a roadmap for achieving them through effective study habits.- Monitor student progress and offer support when needed: You will track students' academic performance and provide assistance or intervention if they are struggling in their coursework.- Communicate with parents and teachers to ensure student success: You will collaborate with parents and teachers to create a supportive network for students and address any concerns or issues affecting their academic performance.- Organize workshops and seminars on study skills and academic success: You will conduct educational events to help students improve their study habits, time management, and overall academic performance.Skills and Expectations:- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with students and establish trust.- Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information and advice to students, parents, and teachers.- Knowledge of education system and academic requirements to guide students in making informed decisions.- Ability to empathize with students and understand their individual needs and challenges.- Organizational skills to manage student caseloads, schedules, and documentation.
