You will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating high-quality leads, and converting them into qualified opportunities through outreach, communication, and relationship building.Key Responsibilities:Identify and research potential clients through LinkedIn, Google, directories, and B2B databases (LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, etc.)Run outbound campaigns via LinkedIn, cold email, and calls to generate interest.Qualify leads based on the ideal customer profile and buying intent.Maintain and update lead lists and activity in Google Sheets.Schedule discovery meetings and demos with qualified prospects.Present company offerings confidently and handle objections handling.Follow up with prospects and nurture them through the sales pipeline.Work closely with sales and marketing teams to align messaging and improve conversion.Reporting & CoordinationTrack and report weekly lead and sales activity.Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth handoff of warm leads to closers or account managers.Requirements:Familiarity with LinkedIn, Apollo, Sales Navigator, or similar outreach tools.Basic understanding of the sales funnel and buyer journey.Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.Self-starter with strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.Comfortable working with sales targets and deadlines.

The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation, a keen eye for detail, and a willingness to learn and grow in a collaborative environment. You will work closely with our experienced animators and designers, contributing to real projects while developing your skills.Key Responsibilities:Assist in creating high-quality 3D animations for various projects, including branding, advertising, and immersive experiences.Collaborate with the creative team to develop animation concepts that align with project objectives.Require support throughout the 3D Pipeline including Modelling, Texturing, Lighting, Camera Animation and Rendering.Have basic knowledge of 3D Motion Graphics.Participate in team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and project reviews.Apply feedback to improve animations, ensuring they meet the required standards.Stay updated on the latest animation techniques and tools, contributing fresh ideas to the team.Qualifications:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Fine Arts, Graphic Design, or a related field.A strong portfolio showcasing your 3D animation work, even if its from academic projects.Proficiency in animation software such as Autodesk Maya, Blender, or similar tools.Basic understanding of animation principles, including timing, weight, and movement.
