Job Responsibilities1. Creating website layout/user interface by using standard HTML/CSS practices.2. Developing websites that are responsive, cross-browser compatible.3. Designing and managing the website back-end including database and server integration.4. Generating WordPress themes and plugins.5. Conducting website performance tests.6. Troubleshooting content issues.7. Conducting WordPress training with the client.8. Estimating development timings for individual tasks and new site builds.9. Co-ordinating with web designers to match visual design intent.10. Knowledge of code versioning tools like GIT.11. Working with debugging tools.12. Monitoring, reviewing and revising the performance of the live website.Required Skills:1. Ability to build websites from scratch using WordPress.2. Proven experience in woo-commerce & supported plugins.3. Knowledge in creating website layout/user interface by using HTML, CSS, jQuery, JavaScript, PHP & MySQL.4. Good understanding of theme customization.5. Competent in creating and maintaining software documentation6. Good understanding of SEO principles and content management systems.7. Must have knowledge of database management, hosting website, email server configuration on both shared and VPS servers.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES-1. Developing and maintaining cutting edge web-based applications on portal plus premium service platforms2. Building innovative applications and collaborate with the User Experience (UX) team3. Ensuring that HTML, CSS, and shared JavaScript is valid and consistent across applications.4. Preparing and maintaining all applications utilizing standard development tools5. Utilizing backend data services and contributing to increase existing data services API6. Leading the web application development life cycle right from concept stage to delivery and post launch support7. Communicating with all task progress, evaluations, suggestions, schedules along with technical and process issues8. Documenting the development process, architecture, and standard components9. Coordinating with co-developers and project manager and keeping them informed of the status of development effort and serve as liaison between development staff and project manager10.
