Strong leadership, technical, and communication skills areessential for ensuring successful project outcomes.Key Responsibilities Overseetheend-to-end management of technical projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with clientexpectations. Actastheprimaryliaison between clients, development teams, and support teams and translating clientrequirements into actionable plans and ensuring project deliverables align with client expectations. Proactively manage project risks and issues, developing mitigation strategies as needed. Allocate resources and manage team workflows to ensure smooth project execution. Monitorprogress of tasks across multiple teams, ensuring alignment with project goals Facilitate communication between internal teams and clients, providing regular updates and resolving challenges. Maintainproject documentation, including status reports, risk assessments, and timelines. Ensureeffective use of project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or similar.Required Skills and Experience 3+yearsofproject management experience or related fields.. Shouldhaveexperience in managing US customers. Shouldbeextremely tech-savvy with exceptional communication and coordination skills. Strongunderstanding of software development and software applications. Provenability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines. Excellent leadership skills for managing
