About the Role:We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented intern to provide administrative and digital support for events management and hospitality services, including food service coordination. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, organizing, and executing events while leveraging digital tools for communication and reporting.Key Responsibilities:Assist in planning and coordination of events, meetings, and hospitality activities.Support vendor management for catering, food services, and hospitality arrangements.Handle logistics, including venue setup, guest coordination, and material preparation.Maintain documentation and reports related to events and hospitality services.Provide digital support for event promotions, invitations, and communication via email and social media.Manage online tools for registrations, feedback collection, and virtual event coordination.Ensure compliance with organizational standards for quality and service.Qualifications:Education:Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.Skills:Strong organizational and communication skills.Ability to multitask and work under deadlines.Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic digital tools (Canva, social media platforms).Preferred:Prior exposure to event coordination, hospitality services, or digital marketing (academic projects or internships).
