Candidate will be part of an application in the Financial and Insurance Sector and take care of business development by building relationships with potential clients. Candidates will undergo training in F&O Segment and will have exposure to Derivative analysis through our training programme. Duties1. Working towards converting the potential clients to our clients by providing them with detailed information & solving their queries. 2. Build Relationships with existing as well as future clients 3. Partake in strategising new initiatives for growing business with a quantifiable end product.4. Required to freely working on any non-working days (weekends or public holidays) as per the teams requirement, a compensatory off for the same will be provided.Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs) :Reasonable Revenue Targets linked with very attractive Incentives. Criteria for Applying 1. Have an interest in Financial Markets. Prior Knowledge of the same will act as an advantage 2. Open to learning new things 3. Good communication skills (Languages known: English, Hindi) Any other languages known will provide an edge. 4. Persuasive in nature with good negotiations skills 5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment 6. Target Driven/Result Oriented 7. Experience: 0 to 3 years. Salary Offered: Upto 30-40% Commission on each Policy, Plus Incentives and Domestic or International Trips
