As an Accounts Executive, you will be responsible for all aspects of financial management, including accounting, budgeting, taxation, and financial reporting. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant tax regulations, and providing financial insights to support strategic decision-making. Should be ready to work in flexible timings.Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Maintain accurate financial records, including ledger entries and reconciliations. Budgeting and Forecasting: Prepare and manage budgets, forecasts, and financial plans. Tax Compliance: Ensure adherence to Indian tax laws and file tax returns. Financial Reporting: Generate regular financial statements and reports. Cash Management: Monitor cash flow, receivables, and payables. Auditing: Coordinate and facilitate internal and external audits. Financial Analysis: Conduct analysis to identify trends and variances. Compliance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards. Team Management: Lead and mentor a finance team.
