Job Overview:We are looking for a highly creative and experienced Senior Visualizer to join our design team. The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in visual storytelling, graphic design, and layout skills using industry-standard software. You will work closely with the creative team to conceptualize and execute compelling visual designs across digital and print media.Key Responsibilities:Create and execute high-quality visual concepts for branding, advertising, digital and print campaigns.Collaborate with art directors, copywriters, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive and visually impactful messaging.Develop creative layouts and designs using Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, and CorelDRAW.Translate ideas and briefs into visually engaging layouts that align with brand guidelines.Stay updated with design trends and tools to ensure fresh and innovative output.Manage multiple projects efficiently and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.Provide creative direction and mentorship to junior designers when needed.

1. Lead strategic sales initiatives across multi-platform media channels, including video, digital, print, and social media, with a focus on high-value partnerships and long-term revenue growth.2. Identify, pitch and secure new business opportunities with top-tier advertisers, agencies, and brands through consultative selling.3. Act as a trusted advisor to clients by developing deep relationships, understanding business goals, and delivering innovative media strategies tailored to their needs.4. Own the end-to-end sales cycle from prospecting and proposal development to negotiation and deal closure, ensuring exceptional client experience throughout.5. Mentor and collaborate with internal sales and marketing teams to craft compelling, data-backed media proposals that align with client objectives.6. Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activity, and audience insights to inform strategic planning and uncover growth opportunities.7. Consistently meet or exceed revenue targets contributing to overall business success.

Presenting vertical media promotion options to corporate clients & ad agencies. Monthly and daily revenue target management and administration of digital, web and print solutions. Client servicing and revenue generation. Opening for all levels. You must think and act like a sales hunter. Aggressive sales activity is expected. Driving sales while meeting and exceeding all daily, weekly, monthly, and annual sales goals. Generate new business through persistent focus on new client development and strategic sourcing. Prospect and identify marketing revenue opportunities, create broadcast and digital sales packages, present to clients, and close the sale. Participate in training to enhance professional skills and overall understanding of new and evolving media.

Prior experience as a YouTuber or a similar role in the Media industry. Strong understanding and knowledge of the YouTube algorithm. Knowledge of YouTube advertisements. Enthusiastic and highly motivated individual.

Must have experience in InDesign Software for 6 Months to 3 Years

Job AccountabilityResponsible for subbing and content production of Magazine.(B2B Magazine)To supervise subbing and editing by copy editors and reporters.To oversee every word and image in the issue.Oversee magazine related supplements and website.Contribute to brands digital presence.Manage prescribed on-ground events in accordance with the group editor.

1. Doing feature articles which are interview-based.2. Send mailer with talk points/questionnaire.3. Coordinating with PR and industry experts for story inputs4. Interviewing industry leaders.5. Ensure adequate responses for the planed stories.6. Proofreading complete pages, check credentials.7. Attending press events.
