CRE is a dynamic person who ensure the clients conversion on-Phone, Chats, Emailing, Meetings. CRE will ensure the target inflow business by collaborating with Marketing Team. Strategies the events occurring, as well handing the marketing Activities.
-Greeting and assisting visitors and Guests.
-Handling Telephonic and Walk-in enquiries.
-Handle Pretreatment Formalities.
-Take care of Reception.
-Being the mirror of the organization, to behave in a very professional manner and always acquiring the professional ethics.
-Basic Telephone & Business Etiquette while speaking to the customers.
-Establishing relations with customers through high standards of customer service with a personalized approach.
-Present and pitch the programs to the leads for timely admission closure -Maintain effective after sales relations with clients.
-Achieving sales and contribution targets. - Participating actively in sales promotion programs- ideas, implementation and monitoring.
-Create and update leads file, prepare daily MIS;
-Counsel Online Leads generated through Portal, Domestic & International.
-Updating and refreshing own selling skills, competitor activities etc. -Maintaining visual merchandising as per norms.
-To deliver the highest quality of service and ensure high customer satisfaction. Strategizing Online Counselling workflow
