Plant Operations SupportAssist senior operators/engineers in daily STP/ETP operationsLearn plant start-up and shutdown proceduresMonitoring & Record KeepingRecord daily operational parameters such as pH, flow, pressure, TDS, MLSS, etc.Maintain log books and daily registersChemical Handling (Under Supervision)Support in chemical dosing activitiesMaintain records of chemical consumptionEquipment MonitoringPerform basic checks of pumps, blowers, motors, valves, and pipelinesReport any abnormalities or leakages to seniorsSampling & Testing SupportCollect wastewater samples as per instructionsAssist in basic laboratory testingMaintenance SupportAssist the maintenance team in minor maintenance activitiesSupport during breakdowns and plant shutdownsHousekeeping & SafetyMaintain cleanliness of the plant areaFollow safety guidelines and use PPECompliance SupportFollow basic pollution control normsSupport documentation during audits and inspections

Drawing PreparationPrepare detailed 2D drawings using AutoCAD for WWTP/STP/ETP projectsDevelop GA (General Arrangement) drawings, layout drawings, and sectional drawingsProcess & Equipment DrawingsPrepare P&ID drawings, process flow diagrams, and piping layoutsDraft equipment layout drawings for tanks, pumps, blowers, pipelines, and accessoriesCivil & Structural CoordinationPrepare and update civil drawings such as tank layouts, foundations, and RCC detailsCoordinate with civil, mechanical, and electrical teams for drawing inputsRevisions & As-Built DrawingsModify drawings as per site changes and consultant/client commentsPrepare as-built drawings after project completionStandards & AccuracyEnsure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and codesMaintain drawing accuracy, scale, and proper layeringDocumentation & Drawing ControlMaintain proper drawing numbering, revisions, and recordsSupport submission of drawings for client/consultant approval
