Exp:- 6 MonthsWe are looking for a dynamic and results-oriented Business Manager/ Sales Manager specialising in HL/ LPA/ DSA Networking for our locations in Delhi/ NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore. This role will focus on driving growth and building long-term partnerships with DSA/ Housing Builders to generate home loan or LAP business. The Sales Team Leader is responsible for developing the sales team, coordinating sales operations and implementing sales techniques that allow the business to meet and surpass its sales targets consistently. Candidates must have at least experience in an outbound sales process (Should be from BPO and handling NBFC / BFSI / Banking Process) Working with customers, suppliers and members, evaluate budgets, P&L and determine ways to simplify and improve the sales process. The role will entail assigning sales territories, mentoring members of their sales team, setting target, assigning sales training, full HR of the team and building sales plans. In the role you will also set goals, identify priorities and eliminate redundant activities to increase sales.

1. Building, developing, and managing a client portfolio, maintaining strong relationships with new and existing clients to identify new business opportunities.2. Generating leads, conducting outreach, and engaging potential customers through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to present tailored solutions.3. Presenting our products or services to clients and clearly articulating their value to close sales and secure long-term contracts.4. Collaborating with internal departments, including Marketing and Customer Support, to ensure client satisfaction and seamless integration of client feedback.5. Keeping accurate and detailed records of sales activities, pipelines, and performance metrics in our CRM system, ensuring up-to-date and accessible information.6. Staying informed on industry trends, product updates, and competitor activities to effectively position in the market and maintain a competitive edge.7.
