Role Overview:The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in driving Huntapps growth in theIndian market. This role requires an individual with a blend of strategic vision, sales expertise,and a passion for people management. The selected candidate will work closely with the salesleadership team to onboard clients, manage key accounts, and lead a team of AccountManagers and Sales Representatives. If you have experience in business development, clienton boarding, and team management, and are ready to make an impact in the recruitmentindustry, we would love to hear from you.Key Responsibilities: Client Acquisition & On boarding: Identify potential clients through cold calling,networking, and other lead generation methods. Manage the full sales cycle from leadidentification to closing and onboarding. Team Management & Training: Oversee and mentor a team of Account Managers andSales Representatives, providing training, setting KPIs, and ensuring they have the toolsand knowledge needed to achieve targets. Sales Strategy Development: Work with leadership to develop and refine salesstrategies that align with Huntapps growth objectives in India. Analyze market trends,assess competitor activities, and identify new business opportunities. Relationship Building: Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients,acting as a trusted advisor. Address client needs proactively to ensure satisfaction andrepeat business. Performance Tracking & Reporting: Track sales performance metrics, prepare reportsfor senior management, and ensure all sales activities are in line with Huntappsstandards and targets. Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such asmarketing and product development, to ensure alignment in customer acquisitionstrategies and product improvements.
