Job Description:We are looking for an experienced Environmental Worker to join our NGO and help us in achieving our goals of promoting environmental sustainability. The Environmental Worker will be responsible for community awareness and motivation, fieldwork, and organizing action in the community.Responsibilities: Creating awareness about environmental issues among the community and motivating them to take action. Developing and implementing strategies to engage the community in environmental initiatives. Conducting research to identify environmental concerns in the community and proposing solutions. Developing educational materials such as brochures, posters, and presentations to educate the community. Organizing and coordinating action plans with community members to address environmental issues. Maintaining accurate records of all activities and preparing reports.Requirements: Bachelor's degree in environmental science, sustainability, or Bachelor's degree. Experience in community engagement and organizing action plans. Ability to develop and implement strategies to promote environmental sustainability. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Passionate about environmental issues and committed to promoting sustainability.
