About The Role: The Business Development Executive, will support the team with B2B partner acquisition, partner lead generation and partner relations. HUDLE partners are sports venues, educational institutes with sports facilities and private sports facilities. This role is based in Delhi-NCR. Duties & Responsibilities: Identifying, qualifying, and securing business/partnership opportunities Building business relationships with current and potential partners Collaborating with sales and leadership to secure, retain, and grow accounts Understand the technology and give demos of the same to the prospective partners. Creating informative presentations; Presenting and delivering information to potential partners at meetings and conferences Maintaining a database of existing partners with their activation updatesMaintaining venue inventory (slot-price and availability) to avoid cancellations due to inventory conflictCold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential partnersUnderstanding partner needs and offering solutions and support Research potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources. Closing deals and working with partners through closing processRequirements & Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills (fluency in both English and Hindi) Graduation in any specialization Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching the next potential client Comfortable working with Google Sheets, Docs, Slides, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Self-motivated and willing to learn.
