HSB Securities & Equities Limited (formerly known as HSE Securities Limited) was incorporated in the year 1999 with ROC Hyderabad. The company was a wholly owned subsidiary of the erstwhile The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited (HSE), a Regional Stock Exchange (RSE). HSB Securities & Equities Limited was floated out of the erstwhile The Hyderabad Stock Exchange Limited (HSE) after SEBI order of allowing the subsidiaries to continue to function like any other stock broking entity.
