Job Summary:As a Presales Executive, your primary responsibility is to convert leads into site visits and bookings,achieving a minimum conversion rate. Your role also includes attending training sessions, meeting monthlytargets, and adhering to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)Key Responsibilities:Achieve Visits from Leads (Minimum 7.5% Conversion): As a Presales Executive, you will be responsible for effectively converting potential leads intosite visits. This means engaging with leads in a persuasive and informative manner to sparktheir interest in visiting your services. Your success will be measured by achieving a minimum conversion rate of 7.5% of leads intoactual site visits. This requires a strong understanding of customer needs and the ability topresent compelling reasons for them to visit.Maintain records of site visits and bookings: Record-keeping is crucial in this role. You will be responsible for meticulously documenting allsite visits and bookings. Accurate records help in tracking progress, analysing trends, and ensuring that follow-upactions are timely and effective.Generate Daily Reports: Daily reporting is an essential part of the job. You will need to produce daily reports thatsummarize key metrics including: Leads received, Calls made, Site visits scheduled, Site visitsconducted, Revisits scheduled and conducted These reports serve as a snapshot of your daily performance and help in making real-timeadjustments.On-time Follow-up of Leads & Keep Documentation Updated: Timely follow-up is critical in nurturing leads.
