We are looking for an experienced Export Manager to join our fast-growing international business. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of international trade, including developing new export markets, managing existing customer relationships, and ensuring compliance with all regulations and laws. The Export Manager will be expected to have an in-depth knowledge of global trade and a keen eye for detail. They must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Develop and implement export strategies to maximize profits and minimize costs2. Prepare export documentation such as invoices, packing lists and bills of lading3. Establish and manage relationships with international partners, including distributors, agents and vendors4. Monitor international regulations and compliance requirements5. Negotiate shipping contracts and freight forwarding agreements6. Liaise with customs authorities and other government bodies to ensure compliance with regulations7. Develop and maintain export databases, records and reports8. Monitor market trends, competitor activities and customer feedback9. Address customer inquiries and complaints10. Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to optimize export operations

Calling the Customer & Identify opportunities, produce leads and fixing appointments for the sales Explain the company product & service Negotiate commercial terms within set guidelines. Schedule appointments for sales staff Follow-up with customers & field executive Preparing various reports required for the nature of the job. Reporting to the Manager
