For eg Sales, Enquiries,Test Drives, Finance penetration, Insurance penetration, Service Packages, Accessories,Self-Acquisition of enquiries, etcContacting customers according to the customer care loop.Follow standards and processes (for eg, dress code, sales process, showroom display,etc)Timely follow-up after initial contact with the customer through the lead management systems at the dealership
1. Follow standard repair procedure. 2. Follow preventive measures to avoid safety hazards. 3. Prompt information to Supervisor for any new product defect/malfunction. 4. Help in vehicle diagnosis during job card opening 5. Use appropriate tools and equipment. 6. Inform the respective floor supervisor in case of breakage or shortage of tools 7. Maintain 5S in his working area.
