Role Description:-This is the role of a Social Media Marketing (Fresher) located at our headquarters in Cunningham Road, Shivaji Nagar, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001. As social media marketer you will be responsible for managing and growing the companys presence across various social media platforms. You will work closely with the marketing and branding teams to develop creative campaigns, design engaging posts, and generate innovative ideas for videos, reels, and posters. Your role will also involve analyzing performance metrics, engaging with the online community, and ensuring that our brand voice is consistent across all digital platforms. This position is ideal for someone who is creative, digitally savvy, and passionate about building strong online engagement to support the companys growth. Responsibilities in Detail:- Manage and grow our presence across social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.). Plan, create, and schedule engaging content including posts, reels, stories, shorts, and campaigns. Generate innovative and creative ideas for social media campaigns, videos, posters, and other digital content. Collaborate with the design and content teams to produce visually appealing creatives. Monitor social media trends, competitor activities, and audience engagement to optimize strategies. Engage with followers, respond to queries, and build an active online community. Analyze performance metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and prepare weekly/monthly reports. Support in running paid ad campaigns on Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and Google if required. Requirements:- Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, Twitter). Basic knowledge of content creation tools (Canva, Photoshop, or video editing tools). Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box. Basic knowledge of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics is a plus. Excellent communication and writing skills in English. Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
