Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for communication between thewarehouse and the head office. Coordinate with internal departments to address any issues orconcerns related to inventory or order fulfilment. Communicate with customers to confirm orders, provide updates ondelivery status, and address any inquiries or complaints. Maintain a comprehensive database of transporters, including contactinformation, rates, and service capabilities. Coordinate with transporters to schedule inward and outwardshipments of goods, ensuring timely delivery and pickup. Monitor the performance of transporters and address any issues orconcerns regarding delivery delays, damages, or discrepancies.
