Job Title: District In- ChargeLocation: All DistrictSalary: Up-to 30K CTC - MonthlyExperience: 3 to 5 YearsJob Type: Full TimeJob Summary: The District Incharge is responsible for overseeing the overall operations, management, and coordination of all activities within the assigned district. This role involves managing a team, ensuring effective execution of district-level projects, and maintaining relationships with local authorities, stakeholders, and vendors. The District Incharge will also be responsible for ensuring that operational standards, policies, and goals are met and that resources are utilized efficiently and effectively.Key Responsibilities:Team Management & Leadership: Supervise and manage a team of staff members across the district. Provide training, guidance, and support to ensure high performance. Conduct performance appraisals and implement corrective actions as needed. Foster a positive and productive work environment Ensuing smooth operations and Timely BillingOperational Management: Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth functioning of all activities within the district. Develop and implement district-specific strategies and action plans to meet organizational goals. Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and local regulations.Work Conditions: Full-time position. Ability to travel within the district as required. Flexible working hours depending on district needs.Skills Required: Communication Skills, Knowledge of local languages and cultural nuances Preferably from health care sector Team Handling Experience
