Job descriptionCustomer Sales executiveNeed a qualified applicant with B.com / BBA graduate or any field related to finance. More than 1 year of experience with knowledge of customer handling. Basic understanding of computer technology. Preferred close to the location with a self-owned transportation facility, can travel to other branches if required. Understanding of the language Marathi. An experience with a gold loan company will be an additional benefit

Need a qualified applicant with B.com / BBA graduate or any field related to finance. More than 6month-1 year of experience with knowledge of customer handling. Need good understanding of computer technology. Preferred close to the location with a self-owned transportation facility, can travel to other branches if required. Understanding of language Marathi.Handling of branches and need to travel branches incase required.From NBFC(Gold loan company)preferred. Attending Customer Walk Ins and addressing customer grievances Gold loan process & various schemes available at company. Provide after sales service to existing customers and obtain references from them to increase customer base. Participate in field-marketting activities to improve the brand visibility and proper catchment areas and generate leads for prospective customers. An experience with a gold loan company will be an additional benefit. Gold valuation ,Testing knowledge would be preferable. Strong communication & skill Verify customer KYC and registration. Ensure to bring in new customers and maintain in relationship with existing customers. Eligibility Criteria-Skills : customer handling, sales, marketing, gold valuation, gold appraiser. Strong communication & skill Interacting with various clients. Basic knowledge of gold loan process.
