We are seeking an Accounts Executive with 3 to 5 years of experience to join our team in Maslandapur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring accuracy, and supporting the overall financial operations of the organization.Key Responsibilities:- **Maintain Financial Records**: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all financial transactions to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.- **Prepare Financial Reports**: Compile and analyze financial data to create monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, helping management make informed decisions.- **Manage Accounts Payable and Receivable**: Oversee incoming and outgoing payments, ensuring timely invoicing and collections while maintaining healthy cash flow.- **Assist with Audits**: Collaborate with internal and external auditors to provide necessary documentation and support during audit processes.- **Budget Monitoring**: Help in tracking expenditures and variances against the budget, providing insights for financial planning and control.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates must possess a graduate degree in accounting or finance and demonstrate strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
