To attend client locations to resolve issues and restore system error. 2. To provide a Remotely diagnose faults from the office via remote access and customer liaison 3. Deliver the best advice on ensuring the correct programming of customer systems 4. Maintain standards of Technical Excellence within the dept. 5 Maximize Efficiency within the Department 6. Ensure full understanding of Products and Services are cascaded through the organization 7. Embrace Core values along with change and provide constructive ideas for improving service, working methods, and environment 8. Must be able to carry out the installation of systems as and when needed to cover for other members of staff. 9. Any other reasonable duties and responsibilities considered appropriate by the Management of the Company.

They are also responsible for the customer either at the field or site for best connectivity and their work also ranges from creating basic circuit design to deploying the wireless network in the field.Telecom Engineer serves as development or processes engineer in the strategy and application of essential communications systems, such as public safety digital microwave, radio, Wide Area Networks (WAN), Local Area Network (LAN), copper, and fiber-optic network. The Engineers usually conduct engineering research to find if present systems and devices can be extended or revised to meet present and future telecom requirements of an organization or consumer service. They also ensure new conditions of telecommunications to fulfill the requirements.Preparation of physical layout plan for proper communication system site infrastructure, and support systems. Engineers have to manage the fitting of the essential devices.
