We are looking for a highly-creative Digital Marketer who can plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Adwords & GDN and Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.The ideal Candidate should be able to develop engaging written, graphic, and video content while staying up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends. The ideal candidate must possess strong analytical skills, a good understanding of consumer behavior and prior experience in digital marketing.Responsibilities and Duties Create and manage digital marketing campaigns across Facebook, Google Adwords & GDN, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms. Manage all digital marketing channels. Provide creative ideas to design content for campaigns, select target audiences and understand consumer behavior. Measure performance and create daily reports for the performance and making recommendations for amendments and improvements. Strong understanding of digital marketing trends, new social media sites, web technologies, changes in algorithms and best practice. Knowledge of Web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Webmaster Tools, Semrush, WebTrends etc.)Skills and requirements Bachelor's degree in Marketing or relevant field will be preferred. Certified in Digital Marketing is a bonus. Prior experience of running digital campaigns on Facebook, Google and Instagram. Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities. Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required. Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills. In-depth knowledge of tools such as Semrush, Adwords, Google Analytics.

ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Planning and execution of monthly, half-yearly & yearly marketing plans. Be an interface between the institution and the prospective candidates. Arranging and conducting seminars/workshops/events and programs in colleges and schools. Leaflet/ Handout Distribution, organizing stalls in colleges/ malls/ public places etc., Collaborating MOU with corporates for job placements and corporate training. Warm calls for collected leads, Lead generation through cold calls, and convert them into admissions. Creating creative content for blogs, posters, brochures, and flyers and promoting them on digital marketing. Collect relevant databases from various sources. Collaborating MOU with schools, colleges, tuition centers, tutorial centers, polytechnics, computer training institutes and all other educational institutions.We Need a Young Dynamic and Energetic Executive.- Pleasing Personality & Public Speaking Exposure.- Must have excellent communication over Tamil and English.- Should be good with basic computer functions. (MS Office & Internet)- Need to have good knowledge of conducting Seminars in Schools and Colleges.- Good written and verbal communication skills- Highly organized and mature with respect to human relationships and can get the job done.- Comfortable in Travelling & Owning Personal Transport.- Ability to Influence, Convince and Persuade.- Must be smart, sincere, confident, well Spoken, and Polite.- Teachers / public speakers/animation knowledge is preferable.
