We are seeking a dedicated Accounts Officer to join our finance team in Ranchi, India. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing financial transactions and ensuring accurate record-keeping.In this position, the main responsibilities include managing day-to-day accounting tasks. You will be required to process invoices, monitor expenses, and handle payments to ensure timely transactions. You will also be responsible for maintaining financial records, ensuring accuracy in accounting data for audits and reports.Additionally, you will assist in preparing financial statements. This includes compiling data related to income, expenses, and other financial activities, which will help in evaluating the companys financial performance. You will support the monthly closing process by preparing various reports and analyses.As part of the role, strong communication skills are essential for effectively collaborating with other departments and addressing any financial inquiries. Attention to detail is critical, as you will need to ensure all financial documentation is accurate and compliant with regulations. Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is required to facilitate efficient reporting and analysis.Candidates should have 1 to 5 years of experience in accounting and a graduate degree in finance or a related field. A proactive attitude and the ability to work independently in a full-time office environment are necessary to succeed in this role.
