Electrical Maintenance activities at site

We are Urgently Looking for Apprentice Trainee. Operation and Maintenance of Mobile Towers

1) To co-ordinate all IME activities for their districts2) To monitor &carryout Inspection of sites on regular intervals.3) To ensure preventive maintenance as per the schedule4) To achieve an uptime of 100% at all times.5) Ensuring sufficient infrastructure availability for smooth operations6) Keeping track of outages trends for his zone for equipment / sites,7) Escalation of issues to ED, Cluster manager, IME Head and IME Manager if required.8) Ensure KPI are achieved.9) Ensure effective manpower utilization10) To follow up break down maintenance with experts and to ensure PM is done as per check list by the team.11) Corrective maintenance follow up to be done with experts and technician12) To submit MIS reports to client as and when required.13) Co-ordination of estate issues.14) To ensure efficient fuel management system15) To ensure optimum utilization of diesel filling vehicle.16) To ensure the site healthiness of the sites in his districts house keeping, material requirements, sharing requirements, optimum utilization of equipment's etc.17) Analyze EB consumption and to ensure optimum utilization 18) To avoid APTS threat.19) Ensure effective security management system20) Take initiative for automation of sites and removal of security21) Adopt cost effective methods in the districts to increase profit.22) Ensure closure or points pointed out by customer.23) Analyse equipment and material requests made by technician & experts.24) Monitor compliance of PM, automation, Alarm compliances.25) Ensure reduction in fuel consumption by closely monitoring the operations.26) Periodic check of quality of PM. Alarm compliance and automation monitoring. Periodic review of team. Resolve issues/ shortcomings. Ensure timely escalations of issues occurring at each site 27) Organize training of workforce in regular basis. Provide input on training needs of workforce to Trainer. Organize technician meet and improve field connect
