Roles and Responsibilities Bench Sales Recruiter will be involved in selling the bench consultants, including searching, qualifying, scheduling interviews, rate negotiations, and closing.Able to work in EST, US time zoneSpeaking with the recruiters regarding the rate and getting the best as suggested by management.Expert in Bench Sales including of H1B s, TN s, GC s, USC s & EAD sTrack the submissions and make regular follow-upsNegotiate rates with the Vendors/ ClientsInteracting with Tier one Vendors and Direct clientsEnsure prompt delivery of the consultants.Intimate the entire team regarding client submissions to avoid duplicationInform the consultant regarding the vendor calls and end client interview schedules.Maintain daily & weekly status lists of all activities through MS Excel.Set up interviews and closed candidates for various positions.Identifying potential Vendors and maintaining a healthy relation with themProcess candidates from initial contact through entire interview/placement process which includes interview scheduling and follow upDesired Candidate Profile 5+ years experience with full-life cycle bench sales in US IT Consulting IndustryAdvanced internet research experience using Boolean search techniquesProficient in the use of Job Boards like Dice, Monster, Career Builder, LinkedIn, Twitter, Google, other Job Sites etc. to source CandidatesExcellent communication skillsStrong relationship-builder** Any degree with strong computer knowledgePerks and Benefits Salary according to experienceHealth InsuranceAccidental insuranceMonday to Friday work from office only
