We are looking for a motivated Sales Executive to join our team in Meerut. This full-time role requires 1 to 3 years of experience and is ideal for candidates with various educational backgrounds, including B.A, B.Arch, B.C.A, B.B.A, B.Pharma, B.Sc, or B.E.Key Responsibilities:- **Identify and Pursue Leads:** Actively seek out new sales opportunities through networking, referrals, and cold calling to grow the customer base.- **Engage with Clients:** Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.- **Present Products:** Effectively demonstrate and present products, ensuring clients understand their features and benefits.- **Negotiate and Close Sales:** Handle all stages of the sales process, from negotiating terms to closing deals and achieving sales targets.- **Prepare Reports:** Regularly update sales reports and forecasts to track progress and identify areas for improvement.- **Collaborate with Team:** Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and seamless delivery of products and services.Required Skills and Expectations:- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact positively with clients and team members.- Strong analytical skills to understand market trends and consumer behavior.- A confident, persuasive approach to selling and negotiating.- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software to manage client information effectively.- Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.
