Compliance & Risk Management:o Ensure clients adhere to financial regulations and internal policies.o Develop and implement risk management strategies to safeguard client assets.o Stay updated on changes in financial legislation and advise clients accordingly.Qualifications: Qualified Chartered Accountant with a valid membership from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI). Minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience in auditing, taxation, and financial advisory services. Strong knowledge of Indian accounting standards, tax laws, and regulatory frameworks. Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.Preferred Skills: Experience with international taxation and transfer pricing. Familiarity with financial advisory services in sectors such as manufacturing, technology, real estate, healthcare, and non-profit organizations.
