We are seeking a Human Resources Recruiter with 5 to 6 years of experience to join our team and help us find the right talent for our organization. This position is remote-based, allowing for flexibility while working from home.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Talent Acquisition:** Identify and attract suitable candidates for various roles by utilizing job boards, social media, and professional networks.- **Screening Resumes:** Review applications and resumes to shortlist candidates who match the required qualifications and skills for open positions.- **Conducting Interviews:** Organize and conduct interviews, assessing candidates skills and cultural fit within the organization.- **Coordinating Hiring Processes:** Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and streamline the recruitment process, ensuring timely placement of candidates.- **Maintaining Candidate Database:** Keep an organized database of potential candidates, tracking their progress through the hiring stages.- **Building Relationships:** Establish and maintain strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring open communication throughout the recruitment process.**Required Skills and Expectations:**The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of recruiting processes and best practices, along with excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using various recruiting tools and platforms is essential. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively. A proactive approach to problem-solving and the ability to work independently in a remote setting is crucial for success in this role.

The Candidates should have fluent in English, Hindi with outstanding skill of corporate correspondence, corporate knowledge and core administration experience. Should be acquainted with official tour and travel within India, as and when and where required.
