Key Responsibilities:Sales Strategy and Target Achievement:Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to meet or exceed sales targets for private equity investment products.Identify and prioritize target investor segments, and implement effective sales tactics to capture new business opportunities.Continuously monitor sales performance, analyse data, and make data-driven decisions to optimize sales efforts.Investor Acquisition and Relationship Management:Proactively identify potential investors interested in long-term investment opportunities, specifically in private equity.Generate leads through various channels such as networking, referrals, events, and partnerships.Build strong relationships with investors, understand their financial goals and risk appetite, and provide tailored investment solutions.Maintain regular communication with investors, keeping them informed about market trends, investment opportunities, and portfolio performance. Creating a pool of Channel partners and mentoring the team.Requirements:- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the financial services industry, with a focus on finance products like private equity.- Strong knowledge of private equity investments, including an understanding of the investment process, risk factors, and industry regulations.- Excellent sales and negotiation skills, with a demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets.- Exceptional relationship-building skills and ability to connect.
