For our office in Western Mumbai (Goregaon), we are looking for talented and highly motivated architects with at least three years of practical experience.The candidates should have:- a strong sense of design philosophy.- excellent attention to detail and presentation skills.- the capability in communicating and visualising concepts (by hand and/ or by computer).- proficiency in preparing design drawings as per clients brief.- knowledge of preparing design presentations, material mood boards, BOQs and detailed GFC drawings.- excellent coordination skills. Be able to effectively coordinate with consultants, contractors, vendors and manufacturers.- the ability to carry forward a project from concept to construction with thorough detailing and specifications.- the ability to strictly manage project budgets and work towards meeting tight deadlines.
