He or she should be good at Java fundamentals concepts such as core java, OOP, inheritance etc. At the same time, the candidate should also be comfortable at data structures, lambda functions, multi threading, Java FX, JSP, servelets etc. The candidate should be good at time management as the ability to meet deadlines would be the key requirement of this job.
