To address and manage customers queries. Assisting management in execution of property related documents like allotment agreement, allotment letter, NOC, transfer documents etc. with the customers. Taking care and handling post sales activities. Handing over possession of flats to the customers. To coordinate with the facility manager in case of any complaints received at site and resolve it ASAP. Further coordinate with Facility manager regarding any post possession requirements of the customers. Other works as directed by the management.Desired Candidates Profile:Experience 2-4 years in real estate industry.Knowledge of CRM activities will be preferred.Good communication skills (verbal & written both)MS. Excel, word, email handling.
