1 To ensure that manufacturing processes run reliably and efficiently. 2 Responsible the reports , Scrap ratiio, OEE, Top three defect anylsis and Action plan for quality and productivity improvement. 3 Responsible for improvement practices like 5S, Kaizen and POKA-YOKE in shop floor to improve productivity. 4 Overseeing production processes, planning and organizing production schedules. 5 To plan, execute and follow up the production activities, planning strategically to enhance productivity, by making optimum use of the available resources. 6 Forecasting the requirement of the production in order to achieve the production target. 7 Improving the productivity level of the workers on continuous basis by workmens training. 8 Determine the human and material resources required. 9 Prepare and maintaining Monthly, Weekly and Daily Production Plan as per requirement. 10 Rejection analysis on daily basis and take corrective action to reduce the rejection % percentage. 11 Monitoring Planed Production V/S Achieved Production along with rejection data. 12 Manpower Planning according to plan received from PPC. 13 Ensure safety and 5` S on shop floor.
