1. Determines proposal concept by identifying and clarifying opportunities and needs; studying requests for proposal (RFPs); attending strategy meetings.2. Meets proposal deadline by establishing priorities and target dates for information gathering, writing, review, and approval; entering and monitoring tracking data; coordinating requirements with contributors; contributing proposal status information to review meetings; transmitting proposals.3. Gathers proposal information by identifying sources of information; coordinating submissions and collections; identifying and communicating risks associated with proposals.4. Develops proposal by assembling information including project nature, objectives/outcomes/ deliverables, implementation, methods, timetable, staffing, budget, standards of performance, and evaluation; writing, revising, and editing drafts including executive summaries, conclusions, and organization credentials.5. Prepares presentation by evaluating text, graphics, and binding; coordinating printing.6. Maintains quality results by using templates; following proposal-writing standards including readability, consistency, and tone; maintaining proposal support databases.7. Obtains approvals by reviewing proposal with key providers and project managers.8. Improves proposal-writing results by evaluating and re-designing processes, approach, coordination, and boilerplate; implementing changes.9. Accomplishes organization goals by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

Design and build advanced applications in .net core, C#, MVC, SQL Server, React.js, Asp.net, Angular, Webforms, JavaScript, JQuery, React/Blazor. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features. Unit-test code for robustness, including edge cases, usability, and general reliability. Work on bug fixing and improving application performance. Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency. Working with Project Managers to determine needs and applying / customizing existing technology to meet those needs Maintaining and supporting multiple projects and deadlines Recording work progress on a daily basis Documentation Be well informed of technology trends Consult with clients/TL/PM Document and report application specifics Customise applications and impact analysis Debug applications Evaluate system performance Follow standard guidelines Deliver quality work Work with teams and managers Work with client at site, training users & support Execute bug and performance testsDaily Work Progress Report need to send to TL/PM. Daily updating work report on Back office. Qualification : B Tech/M.Sc /MCA/Graduates Experience : Minimum 5 Years Shift Hours:- 2:00PM 11:00 PM
