As an Account Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the accounting team and ensuring smooth financial operations. Your main responsibilities will include:- **Data Entry**: Accurately input financial data into accounting software to maintain up-to-date records, ensuring that all transactions are properly recorded.- **Invoicing**: Prepare and send invoices to clients in a timely manner, monitoring the status of payments and following up as needed to ensure prompt collection.- **Record Keeping**: Organize and maintain financial documents, including receipts and invoices, for easy access and compliance with regulatory standards.- **Assisting with Reconciliations**: Help the accounting team reconcile bank statements and internal records, identifying and resolving discrepancies to ensure financial accuracy. - **Supporting Audits**: Assist with the preparation of documents and reports needed for financial audits, contributing to maintaining transparency in the organizations finances.**Required Skills and Expectations**: Candidates should have a minimum education of 12th pass. While no prior experience is necessary, a basic understanding of accounting principles is preferred. You should be detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Good communication skills are essential for interacting with team members and clients.
