Profile Overview:Growthic is looking for a Content Writer & Strategist who can create intriguing narratives by examining market trends and combining clients' individual voices. Join pioneering techniques to enhance companies and create a lasting impression.Key Responsibilities: The individuals goal is to build clients digital reputation on Social media (LinkedIn platform will be a plus point) by producing consistent, high-quality posts that match their authentic personality. Study and in depth understanding of clients' content, their competitors and the potential markets to acknowledge the ideas and style after identifying through online sources and research. The individual has to monitor the performance of the posts on Social media and keep an eye on similar accounts to gauge any emerging trends. Stay updated with the latest happening in the industry to ensure content remains relevant and impactful. The individual has to make necessary changes to posts based on client feedback and the Team Lead's suggestions. The individual should know basic terminology related to the clients' industries and be informed about major events and news relevant to their sectors. Assist the team with daily tasks. Assist the manager with monthly performance reports and LinkedIn analytics.Desired Candidate Profile: Good understanding of the dynamics of Social media. Must have experience of 6 months in Content writing and Research work. Ability to creatively create content for different Social Media handles. Should have great communication and explanatory skills. Ability to write in a variety of formats and styles for multiple audiences. Attitude of a go-getter and self-learner. (very important) If youre active on LinkedIn & Twitter, that will add brownie points to your application.
