The funds and resources are invested by Growpital into diversified farm projects providing them with the right resources and services to mitigate risks and achieve operational goals.Duties and Responsibilities Develop and maintain relationships with customers Handle customer inquiries and resolve customer issues Provide product information and advice Assist with sales orders, invoices and return requests Process customer payments and payments Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures Track customer data and update customer information Generate reports and provide feedback to management Identify customer needs and develop strategies to meet them Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction Maintain knowledge of products, services and promotions Adhere to customer service standards Perform other duties as assignedQualification: 1-3 years of experience in sales Female candidate Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing or related field Excellent customer service skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to multitask and handle multiple customers simultaneously Ability to handle difficult customer situations Knowledge of sales processes and procedures Computer literacy (MS Office) Understanding of customer service principles and practicesJob Types: Full-time, Regular / PermanentSalary: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per monthLocation: Gurgaon Notice Period- Immediate to 15 days
